Prudence Green: From as early as she can remember, Prudence wanted to be a teacher. She is happiest when she is with children helping them to reach their fullest potential. Prudence grew up in the small town of Cullman, Alabama and spent of first two years of college on a full academic scholarship at LSU. After growing homesick, she moved back to Birmingham and finished her Bachelor of Science in Secondary Math Education at UAB. She has also successfully completed the Praxis II series for higher education and is considered "highly qualified" by the state. This summer she began her Montessori certification in Chicago, Illinois. She has been happily married for 8 years and has 3 children: River (5), Clementine (4), and Calliope (1).
