JBMA welcomes children beginning at age two and continuing through the eighth grade. JBMA hosts admissions events throughout the year and accepts applications on an ongoing basis. Priority is given to returning students and siblings. After these considerations, children are admitted from the applicant pool. We view the admissions process as a partnership between school and the family. Accordingly, many factors are considered to determine if the student, family and school are a good match. Admissions at JBMA is a supportive and reflective process.
All prospective families are encouraged to contact us for a campus tour (Planning Your Campus Tour), complete an application (Online Application) and pay the non-refundable application fee of $150 to begin the application process.
Once our current families return their contracts (mid -February), we are able to determine our openings for the following year. The Director of Admissions will notify applicants of acceptance by telephone. The contract will be sent by mail and must be returned with a deposit of $500 within 10 days to secure the space for your child. Payment for the school year is made in accordance with the payment option chosen on the contract by the due date indicated on the contract.
