Online Application

The form below will give our Admissions Office information about your student and family. If you have any questions about the Online Application, please feel free to call our main office!

In addition to the online form, an Application Fee of $150 is required in order for your student’s application to be processed. Directions for payment of the Application Fee are located at the bottom of the Application.

 

 
  • For each child, a separate application will be necessary.
